A 6-Week Virtual & In-Person Wellness + Lifestyle Transformation Experience by Sweet Freya Wellness

The Self-Love Language™: Becoming is a guided 6-week cohort designed to help individuals reconnect with themselves through intentional living, emotional healing, wellness practices, and personal transformation. This experience was created for anyone ready to pour back into themselves mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically — regardless of where they are in their wellness journey.

This is not a fitness program.
This is a self-restoration experience.

Through weekly sessions, guided reflection, lifestyle exercises, journaling, wellness rituals, and community support, participants will learn how to cultivate a life rooted in self-respect, confidence, softness, discipline, emotional awareness, and alignment.

Inside the cohort, participants will explore:
